I am sure there used to be a report to show the highest score at a certain position but I cannot seem to find it?
Also, can we generate a report for most runs at a certain batting position (players total runs at batting position 4 for example) ?

Each individual player page has a by Batting Pos tab that lists the player's batting by each position (including a high score).
There is a Partnerships by Wicket report but no report for just run scores. It sounds like it would make a good suggestion so please add it to the suggestions section.
Your second point would also make a good suggestion. Please also add it as a separate post.
