Hi Mark,
I've been having issues trying to rectify one of the match results I have found on my Leigh Cricket Association database.
I have multiple players with the surname Hewitt for the Meredith club, but when I was entering some summary data I found recently for a match I didn't have information for, it was only allowing me to select 'N Hewitt' when I wanted 'Angus Hewitt'. I then chopped and changed things in the back end and clicked on 'Set All inactive' and still cannot get the player to show (even after doing manual 'activation' of his record).
This is the match in question that I am trying to resolve the error with: https://www2.cricketstatz.com/ss/web.aspx?club=20186&mode=100&match=145468
Hoping you may be able to assist with rectifying the issue firstly with the match and then with the bulk reactivation of player records (as there is no setup in the system at my end to do so without manually doing it to every record one-by-one......).
Hi Will,
Unfortunately the "Set All Players Inactive" function can't be undone. It will give you this warning when you click on it.
The only way to make your players active again is to go in and set them active as you build your teams. I encourage you to give a colleague access and they can help you do this.
As for your Angus Hewitt not showing - please see the 3rd question at https://www.cricketstatz.com/support-forum/questions/frequently-asked-questions
Thanks for the update Mark. I'll see how it all goes in the next couple of weeks as will be doing a little more research from one source so will reactivate individual records as required.
Thanks for the assistance with the Angus Hewitt matter also - have now rectified.
