I manage the ADF Stats which includes both men's and women's matches currently
managed in two Databases. With the change to CricketStatz, we are considering moving to the online version but that will depend on our finance people.
I would like to combine both of our databases for simplicity (ie one database for all - one set of umps, scorers, grounds, clubs etc) but I have concerns about being able to filter the reports.
Currently we play against a number of external teams, but for our reports we only really care about the stats for the ADF players (for the most part). In the PC version, I simply used Rating 1 for all ADF players. Is this still possible with the online databases?
Also, given that plan to pool the Men's Stats and the Women's Stats into one place I would assume that I could give all the female players a Rating 2.
Further Questions:
Is there any scope for including a field for male/female
In the players profiles, would it be possible to create a check box to only create reports for people checked?
Cheers
