That is not what is showing in the actual iframe. It is showing clubID 19290 and not 25746 that you have showing in your iframe code above.

Change the 19290 to 25746 and it will work.

Edit: Change it to 25878 since 25746 is not Outlaws either

And just a tip -

It would be better if you posted this as the URL:

It shows the full team list and not all of the other menu options around it. It would look a lot cleaner.

You could even make it green to match the rest of your site:
