I was able to find the player: http://www2.cricketstatz.com/ss/showplayer.aspx?season=&color=Red&grade=0&club=17511&playerid=140350
You have their firstname entered as "FGP". So if you change the player name format from "Initial Lastname" to "Firstname Lastname" then it will show FGP Arkwright (since you have their firstname entered as FGP)
So yes, enter initials in the firstname field and change your format to "firstname lastname" and it should all work out fine. I will move this thread over to the questions section.
Hi Vic - just an update. A new addition will now pick up full initials on the player names when you enter multiple first names. See https://www.cricketstatz.com/support-forum/what-s-new/added-full-initials-for-player-report-names
Out of interest, what do you currently have entered in the online system for the player's first name entry for Arkwright?

My database is all about initials, the first name is only shown where there are two players with same name and initial. Arkwright is FGB my mistake.
