I am trying to configure my settings so players' firstnames appear on the reports.
I have changed the player name format in Web Items:
But only the initial is displayed:
What am I doing wrong?

Hi Ian, can you post up a link to this report that you are running? I suspect it is a club-filtered report but can't tell from the screenshot.

The problem is that you are operating in a single club capacity but your database pre-dates our single club mode - so it is getting a bit confused. I am going to switch you over to single club mode and all will become easier.
Are you ok with this?
