OK the link you have for the player photo URL links to a web page, not a picture:

Try pasting this in as the URL Link to the player photo:

https://i.ibb.co/1styQzr/961A0415.jpg

(I get this URL by right-clicking the picture on the page and choose Copy Image Address)

For anyone else that is interested in how this works:

1. Upload your player picture to https://imgbb.com/

2. Go to the picture page (such as https://ibb.co/WD485Vk)

3. Right-click the picture and select Copy image address

4. Paste this address into the "Photo URL" field in the Cricket Statz player profile (edit player via Admin console)

And then you get the player's photo showing on their profile page. Just like:
