@Jeremy in summary, you have options:

1. Get one of the players initials changed in MyCricket so that their displayed name is unique (the best solution) or

2. Manually edit the scorecard after the import to switch the player over to the correct record noting you have to do this for batting, fielding, FOW, bowling, captains and keepers for that individual or

3. Temporarily change the "current club" or "alias" for the player you don't want matched to something else before doing the import - this will result in the remaining player being chosen

I know it is not perfect but it is a limitation imposed by the way MyCricket displays scorecards. At least it is still a lot quicker than manually entering every player.
