Is there any reason why cards are pre-populated by players from the team list?

Hi - It has always done this. Nothing new here.
This is the purpose of the team list. It saves time when manually entering the batting line up.
No problem. I’ll stick it up as a suggestion. It would be easier if it defaulted to blank? The chances of it being the correct name in the correct batting position are pretty slim, so everything has to be cleared before you manually enter a card
I am not sure I agree - many teams have the same batting line up each week and this is a feature. So if you post it up then ask for it as a configurable option since a lot of people like it.
I like it that whilst I import from MyCricket, quite often the catchers are not recorded on the scoresheet and only in the field box below, so I have to manually go in for our lower grades and enter the catchers. It would be a paid if I had to go and select them each week when as Mark said, teams remain fairly consistent throughout the year.
