Hi all Have been working with one of our users all afternoon to reset their password. It's not being sent for some reason. Email is clondalkin@cricketleinster.ie
This one is a bit different. The email is a google group, so there is no spam folder.
We use lots of them to disseminate information around clubs, and they are all working, and are getting reset emails from CricketStatz, Apart from this one!
That points to a typo with the address, either with the group or the account in CricketStatz, but I just can't see it

So I'm at a loss as to why this password reset isn't going out, but the other the 40 odd I use are!I have a hunch that there is something odd at your end - and by that I mean that I could have used the same address somewhere else, but can't see it. If I delete all the instances of this user (it is used across two of our accounts) and then add them back, the first one says that the email already exists. Any way you could see how many appointments there are for this email address across my accounts?
So I got to the bottom of it. The Cricket Statz mail server was blocking all outgoing email to that address because it had encountered a bounce a few months back. All fixed now.

I am 99% sure it is being sent (unless you are getting an error when doing the password reset).
It is most likely either being filtered along the way or it is ending up in a spam folder at the user end.
Things to try:
Ask the user to check their spam folder
Try a different email address for them
Let me know what you find.
