Can you post up a link to a report where you are expecting to see a historical data entry that you aren't?

Let me know the player name and entry details that is missing.

I entered details for a R Leek who scored a century. No mention in most centuries report. Also up dated B. Blackadder with runs but this did not appear in any reports relating runs scored

I am still trying to get my head around this on line data base of yours. I have only just recently tried to upload some more historical data.

I tried to enter some info from 1988. R. Leek scored a century.

I have noticed that this is shown in the entury makers report but does not appear to be updated in the Complete Player Summary report.

I tried again with another player B Blackadder but in the complete Player Summary report but these new figures did not update on his records.

I went back into the entry portal and tried again but no luck

When you are saying "Not updated in the Complete Player Summary report" - what field/s are you specifically looking at that is not updating that you expect it to be updating?

B Blackadder before entry had 1883 runs I update his record with 3 more runs but the complete player summary does not show this

When you say you update his record with 3 more runs - are you adding it to his run score record to the historical section or batting stats record?

Which one should I be using??

As I said I am trying to get my head around this program. What ever I am doing it doesn’t seem to be updating

as I said to you in the past most of my activity is historical updates and. I have found a few old books that I want to put on the program

Hi Bret - the historical data operates exactly like v11 did. You should be entering run totals into the Batting Stats fields. Please try it and confirm that the Complete Player summary runs changes. I await your response.

What I have been doing is that when adding scores for a batsman in the Historical Imput screen I have been entering them under Run score not batting.

When I tried to enter them under run score nothing came across to any report.

When I entered them under batting they have come across on all reports.

I have noticed in these reports the total innings for the player will change in the reports but the matches dont update. How do I update matches played

Hi Bret,

Like v11, Run Scores are just individual innings scores - these will show up in the Top Run Score report and will show in the best batting figures when it is their top score.

If you are entering aggregate scores then they need to be entered as Batting Stats.

If you want the total matches to update then you need to enter the match totals in Match/Field Stats entry form.
