We don't have the option for selecting multiple pools for reports so we need to work out how we can do this with what we have. With the combination of team names, divisions and pools then we should be able to make something work.

I am a little confused with what you are trying to achieve though. Can you explain it some more? Maybe link up some examples of what you want to include and what you want to exclude from the reports and we will work through it.

Initial thoughts - you have too many unnecessary pools that is making things more complex than it needs.

For example, you don't need a T20 pool when you can already filter by match type and include/exclude T20 matches.

You don't need pools for 1sts-5ths when you already have these as their team names.

My recommendation is remove the 1sts to 5ths pool names and replace them with just "Seniors" as the pool for these matches.

This, I think, would allow you to achieve what you want by running just Seniors as the pool filter. You could still get individual team stats by filtering on the team names 1sts-5ths.

If you wanted me to help by mass-converting the pool names over to "Seniors" for you then I can. It will take me about 5 mins. Just say so. A word of caution - it is a one-way operation and it cannot be reverted back.

Done. It only allows six characters for the pool name so it has been done as 'Senior'
