Is it possible to add a filter to the stats reports so that it is only players from our club listed? eg report view below has stats from non Brighton players listed.

That's because you have "Morphetteville SGCL U15" team listed as belonging to Brighton CC. Change their team setup so that they belong to their own club and it will work perfectly for you.
