I've got a error on the play-cricket import where a player couldn't be matched. When I go to assign alias he doesn't appear. I'm not sure if i've set him as inactive?
details below of game importing and player with the issue.
Thanks
Kevin

Thanks for posting. I am looking in to this now for you. Standby
Here is your player list:

I can't see any John French there. Is he possibly the entry where there is no first name entered?
Actually, I assume not given that player with no first name is not playing for Upminster.
So, it looks like you don't have a John French at all. You will need to create a new player record for that one. So click "Quick Add" and it will add it for you.
Just for reference, here is the Upminster player list:
https://www2.cricketstatz.com/ss/w.aspx?mode=20&club=21490&filt=F
Are you saying that you once had a John French and now he is gone?
So if I go to this match:
https://www2.cricketstatz.com/ss/w.aspx?club=21490&mode=100&match=426554
John French should be at batting position #8 but he is missing - this is the match you are importing right?
Yes thats right, there was a John French who played for another club but now at Upminster. Other players that have moved between clubs i've been able to edit but on this one have not been able to find the record and when I add a John French to the database I get a error message that record already exists
Can you screenshot the error message and post it up?
Can you check your list of officials and see if you have a John French there?
Just below
Ah yes there is so have renamed that record and the scorecard has imported now, Thanks
Perfect! Glad we got to the bottom of it.
