What match are you trying to import (give me the match ID) and what is the existing venue name you have entered into the database?

Do you have an alias set up for it?

9ec8e57e Crothers Oval

The message you are getting when trying to import says something like:

Cannot match 'Crothers Oval / Crothers Oval'

You have a Crothers Oval entry in your database with an alias of Crothers Oval.

But the PlayHQ name is Crothers Oval / Crothers Oval so it is simply not matching.

The easiest fix is to update your alias for that record to be Crothers Oval / Crothers Oval

Please try and let me know if it works for you.

PS - Why does PlayHQ do this? Sometimes there are multiple ovals at the one location so you can get something like Crothers Oval / Ground A and Crothers Oval / Ground B

And make sure you get the spaces correct or it still won't match. The alias needs to be:

Crothers Oval / Crothers Oval

(with a space either side of the / )
