Hi Adam,
This is what we meant by allowing a 3rd umpire to be entered.
Is it that you really want the 3rd umpire renamed to TV Umpire or maybe having it as a configuration option for the name of it?
Configuration option would be good. There are a number of matches each season where there has been a third on-field umpire due to representative commitments or an umpire falling ill during a match.
