Added both Batting Rankings and Bowling Rankings reports to show top batters and bowlers in any given competition and season. They are available from the admin panel reports and via the public web sites (via the new Players menu dropdown).
Batting reports are ranked via Batting Average x Strike Rate.
Bowling reports are ranked by Bowling Average x Strike Rate x Economy Rate.
All reports can be filtered by season and grade. Additionally, they will respond to min overs, min wickets, min runs, min innings filters.
