I have tidied up a few things in the Ball-by-ball scoring system:

• Modified some of the elements so they fit better on a mobile phone screen

• Moved the over edit buttons to be next to the balls bowled

• Fixed an issue where the out batters were still shown on the score summary if they were listed at # 11

• Moved the Extras buttons so that they fit more snugly on the screen

• Pre-set the size of the balls list on the over/ball capture screen so that adding a new ball doesn't keep shifting the screen down (it now just fills the space)

• Changed the edit link to a smaller icon

• Adjusted the colors some more so that it is kinder on the eyes when in dark mode

• Fixed the warning about the current bowler bowling the last over when you went back an edited an over
