The short version -> Many of the small plans have been removed and replaced with new plans with bigger match limits to make things simpler. Customers on old (legacy) plans can continue to renew their current legacy plan provided they renew within 4 weeks of expiry.

Oct 2023: The following changes have been made to the subscription plans:
New database plan options
New databases requiring less than 400 annual matches per year now have four plan options: CS100 (small club or team), CS200 (med club), CS300 (large club), CS400 (competition). All other sub-CS400 plans are no longer available.
Existing databases
All databases currently on CS30 (the pandemic plan) have been moved up to CS45.
The CS30 plan has been removed.
All databases currently on CS60 have been moved up to CS75.
The CS60 plan has been removed.
All databases currently on CS95 have been moved to a new CS100 plan.
The CS95 plan has been removed.
CS45, CS75, CS120 and CS160 plans have been moved to legacy status.
The remaining legacy plans (CS45, CS75, CS120 and CS160) are renewable for existing databases only. You will be able to renew these remaining legacy plan levels provided you renew within 4 weeks of your database expiring. If you let your database expire for more than 4 weeks then they will no longer be available as a renewal option.
For example, if you are currently on the legacy CS45 plan and it has just expired then a CS45 renewal option will be available to you provided you renew within 4 weeks. If you let your renewal lapse but decide to renew your subscription sometime after 4 weeks of expiry then you will be presented with the new CS100 option as the minimum plan option.
The status of the remaining legacy CS45, CS75, CS120 and CS160 plans will be reviewed in future years and may be discontinued at some stage.
Why do this?
The very high number of small plan options was becoming too numerous and very confusing. Plan limits were regularly being tripped due to the small gap between plans sizes and this often resulted in people holding back on entering matches, sometimes for months, until their renewal anniversary date. I want to encourage full use of the service so that the stats delivered to players and coaches are current rather than having people holding off on entering matches.
