Due to ongoing confusion from customers, I have recently changed the way that the subscription plans count matches.

The new system counts the matches played since the subscription anniversary date. This is the date that you would have first subscribed on.

Previously there was a rolling 12 month window that would look back each day and counted the number of matches played over the previous 12 months. This was difficult for many customers to understand and often led to people hitting match count limits earlier in the season than they expected.

The upshot of this change is that plan sizes required will still be the same, it is just that for anyone that goes above their plan size they will hit their limit later in the season rather than earlier.
